The Collaborative has provided Phase 1 Medicaid reimbursement services to member districts since 1994 and Phase 2 services since 1999. To date, the Collaborative has submitted tens of millions of dollars in Phase 1 billing to Medicaid on behalf of the current participating districts.  

The Collaborative also invoices for Phase 2 Medicaid reimbursements.
