Frederick J. Tirrell
Lead Search Consultant, Center for Executive Search

Dr. Tirrell is an Adjunct Professor at Bridgewater State College and a consultant for the educational communities, both domestically and internationally. For the past six years he has been an Associate Professor in the Educational Leadership program at Bridgewater State College. Previously, he has served as Adjunct Professor at Regis College and Associate Head of Chapel Hill – Chauncy Hall School.

Dr. Tirrell has over thirty years experience in public school administration including twenty years in central administration. He retired after serving fifteen years as assistant superintendent and superintendent of the Needham, MA Public Schools. Dr. Tirrell earned an Ed.D. from Boston College. He is a member of M.A.S.S. and the Suburban School Superintendents which is an invitation only national organization limited to 100 superintendents. Dr. Tirrell serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Committee on American and International Schools abroad.
